Two blocks of two sessions each, linear algebra and analysis, followed by a probability and statistics refresher.
Sessions
- Linear Algebra I: vectors, the dot product, orthonormal bases, and matrices as transformations
- Linear Algebra II: determinant, rank, eigenvectors, PCA, and the SVD
- Analysis I: functions, derivatives, integrals, and a first differential equation
- Analysis II: several variables, the gradient and Jacobian, and systems of differential equations
- Probability & Statistics: a refresher of distributions, inference, and Bayes, with a glimpse of modelling
